Requirements & Restrictions
- Primary renter must be at least 21 years old to book and sign the charter agreement
- All trips require that you hire and pay a licensed captain separately (per U.S. Coast Guard bareboat charter rules)
- No glass containers (plastic and cans only)
- All guests must be able to safely board/disembark — docks and boarding ladders may not be ADA accessible
- No smoking
- No illegal drugs or substances of any kind
